Okay, so I took the time to scan, edit, and pdf this because I wanted my friends to see it too. I am not getting any money from this. I am neither responsible for the content nor the production of said book and if, by some miracle, it goes into production again, I will cease to share this file and instead urge you to buy the book from Misha and co.
